Prestomart ripoff was suppose to give me a new wireless surround sound and i got a refurbished WIRE surround sound and none of the numbers matched or the pieces Internet

my wife thought that she was doing something good for me for christmas and get me a new wireless surround sound online because it was a good deal. she talked with this guy named eric chung and he said that it was originally $800 and it was half off due to overstock, they needed to get rid of it. they sent me a refurbished system with dented speakers and the sub woofer was scuffed up pretty bad,none of the numbers were the same as on the directional pamplet and the system was mis-matched.
