A order was placed by mistake on December 5,2015 and PayPal was contacted 5 mins after it went through and the seller was emailed the same day and told that it was a glitch on PayPal website that caused the transaction to go through and that I did not want the hair, I only wanted a refund. After multiple emails she's only responded to one and asked what my name was on the order and still has not sent my refund or even mailed any hair. There is now a claim open with PayPal and she has yet to respond to it and also continually is active on her Instagram account prettyinmemphishair even though my emails have still been ignored.
