Priced Right Shades Tuff Sales Enterprises, Inc Ace Blinds Don Tufts Sarah Tufts Unresponsive and Unprofessional businessman who failed to perform work promised in a timely manner Phoenix Arizona

My husband and I purchased a new home and hired Don Tufts/ Priced Right Shades/ Tuff Sales Enterprises, Inc. (formerly known as Ace Blinds) to install blinds and shutters for us.  Almost immediately, we regretted the decision. Don Tufts is an extremely unreliable and unresponsive businessman and the stress we experienced waiting for him to follow through with what he promised was awful. He promised to install our blinds and shutters on several occasions and when he was unable to perform the work, he either did not answer or return our calls, or he came up with excuses as to why he could not perform the work. Shortly after hiring him and realizing the mistake we’d made, we found several negative articles online concerning fraud charges for work he did not perform (azfamily . com / story / 28341606/unlicensed-contractor-disappears-after-taking-1400-job, azfamily . com / story / 28347261 / update-woman-finally-gets-long-awaited-shutters). The research showed that his business is not in good standing and is registered to family members, not to him. This man is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. It is tempting to use him because his prices are lower than the competition, but if you do use him, you’ll regret your decision for sure. The quality of his installations is poor and the materials he uses are also of low quality. His work is cheap because his products are cheap and he uses untrained individuals to perform the installations. He hired a contractor to finish our work, likely because it was completed so far past the date he promised, and that contractor had to repair the work that Don’s employees did. The blinds were hung incorrectly and a bracket came out of the wall while the contractor was performing the repairs. Having the work performed by a professional business is worth whatever additional money it might cost. Do not hire this man or his business to perform any work for you. If you do, you will be dissatisfied and unhappy like we are. Please note, this business is constantly undergoing name changes. The business had two names just while we were having the work completed and you also may find it registered to other members of the Tufts family.
