Despite his efforts to lie his way out of these bad reports, the numerous complaints filed against him speak for themselves. We have truth on our side, all he has is his shoddy work propped up by his lies. God knows the truth of this matter and that’s the most important thing in all of this!

The person who filed the complaint requested work to be done, including removal of many volunteer trees around fence line and then building of a fence to be done as directed by the company.  The agreement called for the customer to help for the expected 2 days to complete the project.  The customer did very little work, having to sit down about every 5 minutes, and decided how he wanted things done.  Every post was set to exactly where he wanted it and depth with concrete put in each post hole.  The F words referred to in the customer's comment was actually from her husband yelling at me when he wanted to quit for the day and I tild him I had equipment rented (auger) and needed to at least finish drilling the post holes.  His reply was I am X f'n years old and you will not f'n kill me doing this and goes inside.  Markings were made as to specifically where he wanted the top of the pickets.  An extensive amount of extra work had to be done when he decided to use his truck to ram a fence post back upright, after it had already been agreed the new fence woudl be built around it.  After everything was done exactly as he wanted it done, with his wife even appologizing to me for his actions, a neighbor, who claimed to be a disabled contractor told him things were not right or how he would have done it.  They cancelled continuation of the project and refused to pay for any of the fence work.  All our agreements plainly state 50% of contact price is due if cancelled, changed, or done by someone else as we reserve time for that project and turn down other customers.  They refused to pay anything for work done on the fence, of which more than 50% was actually due with work having been done and materials delivered, only paying for the tree work done and materials delivered, and so court action was needed to get paid. We prevailed as we always have when someone refuses to pay or honor the agreement.  While they have not been the first we have had to file on, it is not the number they claim to have had court action for not honoring the contract, and are over a many year period.  This couple claim to also be associated with a large area church, yet went on facebook to trash our church's facebook page with a negative comment, and the church had nothing to do with our business agreement.  Believe as you choose, but the many hundreds of satisfied customers, including several pastors and memebrs within our church, and pictures of past projects, will atest to our going above and beyond expectations being all part of our standard service.
