 Placed and paid $200 deposit for car rental through Priceline for hertz rental. Returned car to ATL airport location on time . . . no accident or damage and still clean. Contacted them multiple times. Gave them two weeks - response. Followed up and they say they do not show the rental. I am not sure who is responsible. I just know I would not recommend them to anyone. Rented at another agency (local to the south United States) on another trip, deposit returned in 48 hours. I have made repeated requests for redress of this issue with no response.
