I went to apply to get a used car. The person who did the paperwork said that he needed to have a deposit that day. I went and got it in less than ten minutes. He then told me that if I wasn't approve he was going to return my deposit back the next day. The next day came and i didnt receive the called from the dealership and I called the dealership and they told me that I wasn't approve but they spend my down payment and they didn't had it the money. When to the dealership and ask to talk to the owner. The owner was rude and refuse to give me back my down payment and their reason was that they didn't had it any funds available until further notice.

Same thing happen to me i gave the down payment to the owner which was even worse. Was told i was approved then told i wasn't after all i asked for my deposit back of 1,000.00 was given the same b.s you were told no funds, owner out of town, come back tomorrow. I was just wasting my gas and time all this while i was 8 months pregnant . So I had no other choice but to file a small claims. My child was born sick i wonder if the stress i was under made it worse. I just don't understand how a company can keep doing this with out any repercussions. Rita and Gustavo Prieto need to be punished by the state of Arizona because we are not the only people they do this to.
