l was never refunded my money last year, never received any of the supposed reports and now am being rebilled for another year! l tried to reach customer service by computer and phone to no avail, finally in despiration l sent a letter. Apparently l am not the only one affected

This issue occured because of a technical issue allowing the consumer to click the buy button multiple times resulting in multiple credit card issues. The user did not get ripped off and the funds were refunded. We have a 60 day money back gurantee on all products.
