We are pretty sure that is a crime??? I will re-post the findings on that one. After giving the owner Heath a chance to "do anything at all" to make it right we are done. It is well worth the investement to protect any other unsuspecting homeowners in the area from getting ripped of or worse...their pools damaged by these people. Folks, keep you credit card numbers to your selves....
