This is the worst financing agency ive ever dealt with. After 4 years of paying on my car, thousands of dollars spent and being harrased by several staff members via phone, text and even leaving notes on the door was not worth it! I would have never agreed to their scam. This company would call multiple times a day even 2-3 days before the payment was due! Oh but when you need to speak with them, no one answers the phone, the building is secured and if you ask for a supervisor they pass the phone around and have the worst customer service skills! To top everything off, I paid off my loan and they stated that "they would not remove the GPS box in my car that is causing electrical problems and sends a kill switch to the engine.

They said the company who placed the box in my car is no longer an active partner with them and if I want the box removed then I would have to pay out of pocket to do so" Its funny how this information was never announced or disclosed during the 4 years when I owed them money but once they received double the amount of money the car is even worth then all of a sudden this box hanging by my brake pedal is my problem! They also had my name mispelled in their system for the whole loan so every payment I made was most likely not reported to build credit. When i received my title that had my name mispelled I also had to pay to fix that! I would encourage anyone who reads this to not go through this company!!You will regret it!!

Oh Yes...THEY Are The Scam!

AUTHOR: Jim - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, December 07, 2015

Why did you need to have so much contact with them?  Why were they chasing you down?  Why was your APR so high?  Why did you need to speak to a supervisor?  Here's why!  Your credit reputation is so bad, no bank would touch you!  Once you were PLACED with this subprime deadbeat lender, you even continued to pay them late too.  When the borrow pays their bills on time, the lender doesn't need to call them or chase them down.

What you are describing here is your very obvious life as a serial deadbeat.  "Don't use them"???  You had NO CHOICE.  The banks didn't want anything to do with your deadbeat reputation so as a matter of last resort, the dealership placed you with them.  In response, it was YOU who did the scamming by YOU not paying YOUR bills on time.

Let me save you some effort.  Don't bother writing something brainless like, "You must work for them!"  I don't!
