WOW i feel your pain. the same thing happened to me. i was 2 days late from making my payment. i called and spoke to a man josh and he assured me that everything would be fine, not to worry. as long as i had the arrangment that i would pay in less then 2 weeks. so after i made arrangments and hung up the phone, 2 hours later they reposessed my car. i called in to PAC frantically because that is my only means of transportation. asked to speak with josh and he wouldnt speak to me. to make a long story short, they made a mistake by picking up my car, not because i was late on my payment but because their records showed it was a bankruptcy discharge. they refused to take responsibility and before giving me my car back, i had to pay $275 for towing/storage fees, and 2 months worth of payments. which ended up totalling almost $1,000 dollars. i wasnt about to let my car go because it is worth 7k and i had only a few months until pay off. once i  done i will never ever ever finance thru them again...sorry to hear about the loss of your car. they do some shady business thats for sure.
