Prime Business funding Stephn Roy loan fraud Miami ? Internet

We were told that the loan we were getting was a direct withdrawal for 21 days and then it would turn into a 60 month payment loan at 5.99%. After we signed the papers Stephen Roy said he would contact us in 5 days. We haven't heard from him in a month , no emails , and he won't return and emails, and all calls go right to voice mail. At this point I don't know what to do because we can't afford to keeep making daily payments. this whole thing was a scam and the are working with Knight Capital Funging
