Prime Firearms Took Zelle payment and did not ship product. Springfield Missouri

Ordered Rifle Powder and rifle primers for reloading. I placed an order and asked where my delivery info was. They told me it would not show until they received the Zelle payment. I showed them they did receive it and they said it would take until the next day. Nothing showed up.

Then they contacted me by email saying they had a system problem and all Zelle payments had an issue. They told me I would have to send another Zelle to get the order processed with delivery. I said credit my Zelle payment. when I receive it I will send another one. They said the refund takes 14 days.

I became fully aware of a scam especially since the new Zella payment email is different from the first. Looked up address and FFL license info on Prime Firearms website with Google. Had name of person at address of 2712 East Crestiew Springfield MO - 65804.

His name is Bruce Earnhardt. He said Prime Firearms hijacked his address and FFL. Bruce stated that he did contact the Missouri State's Attorney and are aware of Prime Firearms.
