Please do NOT use Prime legal Experts or deal with Brian Mazzarella and Matt Horak. They scammed me out of $600 and my credit got worse after almost 5 months. They never informed me of changes to my account and suspended my account without ever telling me. They will sell you the world and deliver NOTHING. Please people stay away from them and this company. If there is anyone reading this, I will be starting a lawsuit against them and going to their offices, if they even exist and letting people know. Please respond here if you have had the same experience and want to add yourself to the suit.

Client mentioned above hired us to dispute derogatory accounts on his credit report. Just over a three month period we removed eleven negative items and there is a possibility that even more were deleted than we are able to determine at this time. The client reported his scores had not improved despite such progress. It is difficult to determine the impact each deletion will have. However, the client in question added two new negative collection accounts over the course of his case. Such actions will drive your score back down, despite any progress. This client defaulted on a payment and we had stopped services, also hindering any further improvement to his record.
