They claim to honor within 8-10 weeks, if the check not received by 12 weeks, call 1-877-783-3546 Called this number on 11 May and a recording said that the check would be sent out after two weeks, that is after 25 May.
Saga continues!!! June 8, receive a postcard from Resubmissions Dept 01-37322, PO Box 9013, Coppell TX 75019 telling me no rebate because of missing e-mail address. Sent it to them along with original card as well as e-mailing them the address.
Called on July 3, 2001; recorded message says extended wait times for checks; for all inquiries, contact the Website at forebates.com which merely offers other addresses to contact. The web reveals a long list of complainers, to which I my name.
The website listed on the box of the CDR's, www.primeperipherals.com does NOT exist.
Office Max no help either.
