Primemedia Network Never ran ads paid for and refused to refund Rolling Meadows Illinois

On Thursday, October 20, 2022, we paid Primedia Network $8,775.00 via ACH for an insertion order to run TV spots. The next day when we called Kelly Robinson the company's VP, she said was off that day and I asked for a Pre and Post Log contract for the upcoming TV spots, she said she would call back on Monday and did not. After chasing Ms. Robinson down and speaking with her and her President Dean Tucci a new rep was assigned to us still refusing to provide a Pre-Log and Post Log's to run the tv ads that we paid for. The Pre-Log and Post- Log's are par for the course in advertising because a client can track to make sure the TV spots were aired. Primedia Network has refused to provide these. To date, no TV spots have been aired and upon asking for the money back through our bank they responded via fax and blatantly lied to Bank of America by claiming that they have spoken to the Boca Raton Police Department (no record of this) and threatening to file a theft of services criminal complaint. Anthony Maltese has lied about Surety Health, Inc. and in his response, claiming Surety Health does not exist. We demanded our $8,775, since they have failed to provide services that we paid for.
