on the 17th december 2013 I ordered the diamond bracelet was $1968 at primestyle I deposited my funds at primestyle and then I decided to cancel my order because of some issues I was facing and I requested them to refund me and they said to me they will refund me my money will take 10 business days to reflect on my account but my funds didn't come to my bank account if am asking them that I didn't get my funds

they say to me I must go to my bank companyI went to my bank they said to me the transaction id of primestyle is invalid they suggested that primestyle must contact them I told primestyle that but they didn't contact my bank company,they said to me I must wait another 30 business days so that my money will reflect on my account. but now if am sending them email they don't get back to me. my order no. 61896
