We signed our son up for and ACT test prep class. Fine, no problem. We get a call from a very pushy sales rep pimping their extra tutoring services. There is a free trial, sure why not? I should have known better. At the end of the trial they automatically bill your account for $39.95 for a month of tutoring. And what does that entitle you to? One whopping hour of tutoring. What a freaking rip off! Stay away, far away.
