Tried to redeem points for $250 of Amazon gift cards. Nine months later, the cards haven't arrived. Customer service is totally unresponsive. Don't join Priority Club, if you want to redeem your points. Personally, I'll never stay at another Holiday Inn. They cheated me out of $250--beware!
