 The car was purchased on 12/30/2015 late that evening not long before they were going to close I wasn't expecting to buy a vehicle until I was presented with this 2010 335i BMW Coupe, it was what I had been looking for as in a change from driving nothing but Acuras which mine only had 35k an was in perfect shape. We took the car on a brief drive not even the highway an was told there test drive is only around the block an back. The car drove great I was willing to do the deal didn't see any issues at all with the vehicle, until we started getting bad weather I needed to change out the tires from factory because they weren't snow rated an I needed all weather an no keys for the wheel locks were provided, that was one after going to where I was getting my tires installed an they noticed the locks they also saw how bad the rotors where an asked how this car passed while looking at the deep grooves in all 4 rotors, also paying attention to the headlights the leveling was slightly off an needed to be adjusted an long story short they fixed all that minus the brakes an said it was spec an that they recommend replacement but they don't machine them just replace them but there spec. So I said okay an was told to speak with the used car manager. So the weekend goes by the tires are changed out an the rear is bald an only the front tires are new an I said this explains why I was sliding everywhere. An then yesterday night the car over heats an breaks down an goes into emergency mode making it preventable to drive so now I'm waiting for the vehicle to be towed by there drivers which was at 12 noon an already 3pm an still no show. As I said before I was told to give the manager a call and I did an tried to speak with him in a calm manor about resolving the issue and all he resorted too is paperwork that was signed an this an that not being relevant an getting loud trying to over talk to conversation, after seeing he wasn't worth dealing with I just thanked him an told him I tried (speaking to him) an got no where an now I'm ready to take action because the service is ridiculous from the sales man who was just in a rush to sell he didn't even offer a time to come back an set up cleaning the car just make a sell an drop u off an keep asking about paper work. No managers speak to you an say anything like most places this will be my last purchase I'll def go back to hall where we usually get our decent service.

 You purchased a used vehicle and in almost all of the states when you purchase a used vehicle the moment you drive off the lot the vehicle is YOURS. Meaning its YOUR problem. You can be as upset as you like, YOU agreed to those terms when YOU signed the paperwork. In all of that paperwork there is an AS IS slip that states that YOU accept and realize that the vehicle that YOU are getting is AS IS. Unless a "We Owe" paper is signed by the dealership there is NOTHING that can be done.
