Prism point Unpaid Contractors Dallas, TX

Everything everyone is writing about Prism Point is true.

My husband worked for them for 7 weeks and every week when it was time to get paid, we never knew if his pay was going to be there or not.

As of today, 5/9/14, they owe my huaband $2300. Thats $1000 for March & April expenses that come out of our pocket, ie, parking, gar, milage, etc. The other $300 is where the PP A/P department sent his pay to a bank in Arizona in the name of a business. The Bank in Arizona returned $700, and that was it. Seriously. I (wife) had to do all the leg work to get the funds returned to PP so they could pay my husband. They told him, there was nothing they could do.

My husband keeps sending emails to a "Wed" (A/P) and to Dana Kelley, the supposed CFO of the company and no one is talking or even answering hthe phones.

We are filing a claim with the Texas Workforce Commission to see if they can help get him paid.

Beware of this company. You may need a job, but only if you want to work for free.
