My company was contacted by Prism Pointe Technologies to provide services to one of their customers in Sylva, NC on 8.13.08. I completed the onsite service repair to the customers satisfaction on this date. I sent in all of the paperwork to Prism Pointe Technologies required and called to confirm receipt of this paperwork with their accounting department. After numerous calls and emails I have yet to be paid for my services. I am among hundreds of companies that Prism Pointe Technologies has not paid. They are listed on ripoffreport.com for non payment by numerous companies.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB in Atlanta, GA and contacted Adam on one of the other ripoff report pages about this company. Adam, 'adam@induscomputers.com', is sending my information to a collection agency that helped him collect his debt from Prism Pointe Technolgies. He is also looking into filing a class action suit.
btw the CEO of Prism Pointe's email did not bounce and so I believe it is: 'cking@prismpointe.com'

They owe me over $700 since about 90 days! They just tell me crap when I call, ap is processing your payment. Yeah Right.

Today, i wrote my issue(s) as well with the company. IMHO, someone out there in PPT-land is either watching, or smart enough to know when someone is starting to gain leverage. Yesterday, I was fired. Tomorrow, they want me to report @10am. It's surprising what can happen when you call the EEOC, Wage, and Labor board, Better Busines Bureau, etc, etc. not even 12 hours later, the DM called me. Basically, he just wanted to make sure no more bad publicity goes around. Like I informed them, I am a very well connected individual with Ft. Bragg and it's chain of command. THey will furnish saftey equipment and installation tools. Hopefully now, with their new government contract with AAFES, they start to take into account how much money they stand to lose. THe worst place to screw up is in the begining of the race!

My last check for Prism Pointe Technologies came August 1st. I've been trying to call them and e-mail too. Renee Felder is the main accounting lady RFelder@prismpoint.com
but she doesn't answer her phone or e-mail. She did reply once since a project manager forwarded her my e-mail asking about my payment - she said she'd talk to her supervisor about it. Ya right!. So I was thinking of going up the chain of command too.
Looks like in August/September they stopped paying people. At least I was getting
checks before then but then it just stopped!!
