Privacy Matters 123 And Privacy Matters 'ID' billing dispute, charged in error, company won't respond so far Dover New Jersey

charged once each from privacy matters 123 and privacy matters ID, both 19.95 on june 25th. Called up the company, thought I would have no problems getting a refund but no luck so far. Cancelled both memberships the same day, got an email confirmation for both. Don't know how i authorized this transaction but probably clicked on something i shouldn't have. Disputing charges with credit card company. They charged me again at the end of july, but i see they credited me for that... still out the 2 charges of 19.95 each. Sounds like a completely illegitimate company.
