On or About June 2018 I purchaed a 2007 Acura MDX from Privledge Auto, Gladstone, Mo. In turn I provided a trade in of a 2004 Range Rover and $1, 500 down payment to Privleged Auto. It now December 2018, and They Privledge Auto has not paid the original payooff loan amount and has stck me with the issue. I have made a visit to the dealership, I have sent letters to no avil, they just ignore me. Im going to a lawyer and will file a suit against them as they are runining my credit and have me paying for two vehicles to which one i do not have in my possession ??
