I ordered 3 candles from prizecandle.com, I received my candles on Monday Dec 19, 2016 prior to opening the package I could hear the broken glass. When I opened the package all 3 candles were broken. I tried getting on the website, but it would give me an error code. I sent the company an email with pictures attached to try and get this resolved, the email was not Deleon eyed and I received an automatic email stating it was not able to deliver my email. I put a comment on the Facebook page for prizecandle as well with no luck of hearing back from the company. I would like for the candles to be replaced or to get my money back.
