Pro Books and Consulting of Portland is one of the worst companies I have ever used.

The owner Deb Byes is unprofessional and not very helpful at all. I had nothing but issues for the beginning. The owner almost seems like she doesn't know what she is doing and in over her head.

I was very disappointed with the whole experience.
