Capital City Rdes formerly Pro Bowl Motors sold me a car in February 2015 and took five moths to get a licnce plate for my vihicle. The dealer (Otis) promised to pay my car payment ($488.00) for the delay. As of 21 July 2015 i have not received this payment. Also said he would pay $125.00 for a repair that was done improperly and have not received this payment either.
