Ordered a free sample of their products. 2 weeks later got an email saying I was being charged for the free sample. They told me that if you don't call and cancel within 14 days of ordering the sample you have to pay for the free sample. Terms and conditions states that after 14 days you will be transferred to a recurring monthly account and billed automatically monthly. It does not clearly state that you will have to pay for the free trial. They told me they were unable to refund me the $159.98 for the "free trial" but would cancel all future orders.
