Pro Engine Sales, Pro Engine Sales/Professional Engine Sales Pro Engine Sales will not honor warranty Kenner Louisiana

On March 13, 2008 I brought my 2003 Malibu to Pro Engine Sales for repair. I was quoted a price of $2,950 dollars. However a month later on April 15, 2008 when the vehicle was finished my total bill was $4,099.94. I was given an extended warranty protection plan for 36 months or 36,000 miles.

On April 7, 2009 the car broke down on the interstate. I called pro engines sales and told them I had a warranty on the engine and they told me to bring the car in on the April 13, 2009. When I had the car towed to Pro Engine Sales they told me that Pro Engine Sales no longer existed and that they had changed the name of the company to Professional Engine Sales, so that they could not honor my warranty. I agreed to let them check the car to see what problem it was having, as the service tech was taking my information I asked him who the previous owner was. And then Stan f. Williams stepped out of his office and said that he was the previous owner of Pro Engine Sales. So, I had my car towed for the third time back to my residence.

Upon arriving at home I decided to get onto the Louisiana Secretary of State page on my computer to check in see if they really changed their name. But they are still listed on the website as Pro Engine Sales, with an active status.

I am not sure if this is the same fraudelent company that was located on Chef Menteur Hwy, New Orleans East, LA.
