Time window was from 3 PM to 5 PM they arrived at 6:07 PM

ITEMS TO BE MOVED 1.5 MILES AWAY

3 night stands
2 beds (had to disassemble)
1 fridge disassemble
2 small desk
2 dresser
Taking from 1 floor to ground level

3 1/2 hours and counting.
At 8:29 PM  third guy appears

Handrail in staircase broken
At 9:30 the fridge is finally in the truck

Then taking off without me.
A 1 1/2 mile drive that takes 3 minutes was stretched to 35 minutes
At 10PM the third guy is demanding 890.- !!! or my furniture will be taking to their office
After calling the cops, they agreed on $700.-

For that $700.- cash!!!! NO CREDIT CARD allowed, my furniture was put in the garage.

The fridge assembled in the garage
Knowing d**n well that we had to disassemble again to fit through the entrance door

Today the saga continues
All the screws for the beds ….. gone
