traping funds

ive used propay for 4 years now and have had my propay card compromised twice. I only use the card at my bank atm machine to remove my funds. I feel as though that propay has a bad seed inside that is stealing my information. This most recent time i called them to report this they placed ahold on all my money and now are giving me excuse after excuse to get the hold removed. I have a business to run and them playing games with me has lead me feel insecure about them. I guess i will take them to small claims to get a judgement for the money they have not released to me. just use caution with them.

We would like to apologize for any confusion and the inconvenience. ProPay has an A+ Better Business Bureau Rating. We are proud of this rating and work very hard to maintain it. We are also proud of the fact that we have no hidden fees or policies. All of our legal agreements are for everyone to see and are agreed to whenever an account is signed up.We want to resolve this issue and can be contacted at 866.573.0951.
ProPay does issue a partial refund for an account if closed within 30 days of sign-up, as stated in the Payment Service Agreement. ProPay does not issue a refund to our merchants' customer's credit credit cards unless the account holder submits a request to refund the credit card through the system, not by phone call or email. This is done for the security of the accountholder. This policy means that someone can't call ProPay Customer Service and ask for a refund on a card. By allowing only the accountholder to make the refund request, this ensures the accountholder keeps money due to them.
Unfortunately, with the information provided in this report we are unable to speak specifically about this instance. ProPay has committed no fraud. We make every effort to resolve concerns of our customers, hence the A+ Better Business Bureau rating. We ask that the person who wrote this give us a call at 866.573.0951 so we can resolve this issue.
