Ordered a book through Barnes and Nobel web site. Book ordered was not the book sent. I ordered a leatherette cover and they sent me a hardback cover.
I e-mailed them (this was the only contact info they had) and have yet to hear from them.
If I wanted hardback I would have ordered hardback and saved a lot more money.
Although it's the same book inside, I want the book I ordered - not the one I got.
Hopefully someone contacts me soon.
