Fist of all I did work with DS-MAX for 10 !! years. DS-MAX gave me an opportunity and I used it. I could work my dream and was active with DS-MAX in Germany, India and Hong Kong. To understand the business you should know the history and the achievement of Mr. Larry Tennenbaum which created an empire out of an empty pocket and all the set backs and difficult time. He did the same what he is offering to the "apprentice" today. It is not a 8-5 job. It is not getting paid for sitting in an office. It is about getting what you deserve. It is about having the attitude and realize that you can be a winner if you want. The system has 8 simple steps. I learned it 18 years ago and even today it is the principle of my life.
Life is attitude. Success is attitude...
This job is not for everyone and definitively based on the survival of the fittest.

However as the business has developed over the last 28 years, new "Owners", this are the people running the office in your town, have emerged. Many of them do not follow the true rules of the beginning anymore. Also many get "burned" by the employees, which legally you are not!, so they have become careful with handing out money before all bills are settled.
The business is build on trust and attitude.

I myself have made it to China and I am running a successful Consulting Company. Most probably without DS-MAX I would never have been able to make my dream come true.

Have paid tax all my life and registered for self employed when I started as a customer of TH Nationwide.
Agents??? Any customer or supplier is responsible for there own tax and NI contributions. Did you pay yours?

Great I read it ages ago and have finally decided to reply.

Ok Here goes i worked for steven P & P Marketing for around 3 Months he told me i would earn around 450 per a week guess what i never did. he never informed me that i would be expected to work around 75-80 Hours per a week ..............
I have never told anyone they would earn 450 I always explain averages we expect different customers / suppliers to receive at each level of our business development programme. Hours are completely upto an individual as everyone knows they are self-employed in any role.

He also failed to inform me that i would not be reciving a basic salary .... so i was only earning commision .. he claims to represent large blue chip clients steven get a life you sad thick stupid plonker!! you only cheat you can't even be faithful to your girlfreind you cheat on her on a daily basics but i will avoid going down that root i am hear to talk about your company if you could call it a company!!!!

P&P Marketing is part of a larger organisation Also known as PRO-SALES / DSMAX /And Cobra .. They are constantly recruiting becuase people dont really hang around that long . It's more like a cult!!!!!!!!!!
P&D is an individual company who are supplied by PRO-Sales for merchandise. Cobra are seperate suppliers. DS Max - this is an old name of a banner corporation linking Cobra and Pro-Sales.

I will come back and update this i have to fly now!! but whatever you do do not consider working For Steven Powell @ P & P Marketing..... I can wait to the investigation starts Steven yes thats right steven we have you on a secert camera encourging people not to pay tax i also have huge intrested in your company from the media steven so don't be shocked steven if you appear on BBC 4 ON May the 22nd @ 8.45 and your whole company is going to fall around you ps dont bother changing your company name as we have a few people keeping a very close eye on exactly what you get up to!!!!

Still waiting for the update and the tv show. Oh and company name remains the same I'm proud of P&D and what it stands for.
