Pro Sound Depot DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY take your money, but never ship product Canton, Ohio

I ordered a light package from this place, I never received an e-mail confirmation, but the money was take from my account, after about 3 days of still no confirmation, I sent an e-mail to the customer service contact on their website, 3 more went by with no reply, so I called, the person I talked to said the item was on back order and couldn't tell me anything else, and hung up on me.  I looked them up here on ripoff report and they have had other complaints as well, stating the same thing, no return e-mails, and items never received, you guys don't order from these people, you will have your money taken but never receive product.
