Pro Tv Mounters Fail to honor Agreement Scottsdale AZ

I was Contracted thru Techfleet.pro, On May 23rd John(manager) of Protvmounters filled out a Request for Assistance in installing Security cameras.. He had stated that it would be "$ 350 (flatrate) - need 8 cameras installed , already have system. need a tech to install system and cameras "  here is the Work I performed in Home of Bruce who lives in Laveen Village.

Arrive 930 - Left 6pm - Total hrs 8.5
helped Isreal Pull Cable and Mount Cameras

Tuesday May 26
arrive 6am(John was suppose to show he did not / started 8am left 5pm  9hrs  Continued Pulling Cable
Fished Cable to Middle of Office
Finished pulling cable

Sat May 30
Arrived 8am  left 3pm  7hrs
Terminated all Cables
connected all Cameras to DVR
Helped Bruce with Setup of Remote Access to DVR
Bruce pulled up DVR/ Cameras on Mobile Phone
My part of the project was Completed

Total hrs on Project 24.5

 I have Contacted John on numerous occasions to Get paid for the project.. The last text was on 6/22/2020 . "John here is my Venmo Username Daniel-R---10 I'll settle for the $350 of the original agreement Thanks" I had spent $30 of my own money for parts to complete the project I'll take a hit on the $30.. I just wanted John to Honor his agreement.. If he can't pay his Vendors Why can you trust that he'll Honor yours. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Protvmounters
