DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! They do not deliver on any of their commitments on delivery and customer service is non-existent. I have been waiting since I placed my order on 1/16/14 and have not received it yet. Excuse after excuse after lie. First they can't find it, then they do, then it will be shipped by such and such day then it never arrives. No apologies and no follow up. Save your money and buy from else ware.

Property management at 1450 Crown Pointe Parkway said for Suite 1050, Nightguard labs/ProWhite Teeth, Proactive Medical Diagnostics, and the 10 other business names registered at that Suite address were registered to:

Dr. John Berberian, who is now running Well Corp Rx in Atlanta.
