This company supposedly does process serving, according to their ad.  However, despite receiving payment by certified check, they never attempted to serve a registered agent for a corporation less than two miles from their locale.  They also refused to return the petition, which would allow me to get an alias summons and service by a reputable company.

They also have a habit of hanging up the phone on individuals or companies who have already sent them payment.

Come on. You expect people to believe that we would not serve CT Corp? All you have to do is give us a call at 213-259-6399. Who ever you are, we served your document at CT and I'd bet money as the owner your proof of service is at the courthouse at this very moment. CT Corp is a regular stop that we do almost every day. We would not risk a bad complaint of $34.99 for CT Corporation. I think that you are a spammer and you are spamming our webpages. Also, I think that you could be making this up and exaggerating because you can call us at anytime for a copy of your proof of service.

My I remind you that we have served over 3000 defendants in this and other counties. So your CT Corporation serve was very minute. 3000 defendant's and counting. I wish we knew which Defendant you are reffering to. Please stop spamming our webpages with the overexaggerated comments. CT corp is $34.99. A simple email or faxing of your document can get you a proof of service and your defendant served.

Maybe you need to get your story straight and stop spamming our webpages!! And you do not know about the relationship we have with our other customers. You can only speak on your experiance and everyone has a bad one with a company at one point or another in their life. Give us a call today, and we will see what we can do. You probably had a WRONG ADDRESS OR INCOMPLETE/INACCURATE NAME CAUSING YOUR PAPERS NOT TO BE SERVED AND YOUR MAKING UP MALICIOUS STORIES TO COVER YOUR FAILIURE TO PROVIDE ACCURATE INFORMATION ON THE COURT DOCUMENTS.
