Donald "Lee" Barden, Prochux.com, Precision Strikes, Black and Blue Productions, Karate Arts Academy of Self Defense Charged $220 for 10 pair of Prochux, have not been delivered, after 3 years of lies. Jacksonville Florida

In October of 2013, I placed an order, via e-mail, with Donald "Lee" Barden for 10 pair of Prochux Thrasher nunchaku. I sent $220.00 to the PayPal account of his wife, Connie Barden, on October 7, 2013. Transaction ID: 3AL733728B534315K. I have sent follow-up e-mails on a nearly monthly basis for the last 3 years.

On the incredibly rare occasion that I received a response, I was given an excuse such as the need for exotic woods, limited materials, the need to contact someone else, or illness as the reason my order had not been fulfilled. No matter whom I contact, they will tell me another person is responsible for fulfillment.

Walter "Wally" Falkner says to contact Donald "Lee" Barden, who says to contact Marcos Fulinara. Precision Strikes (Formerly owned by Lee Barden, Jack Hodges and Timmy Rockliffe), Karate Arts Academy of Self Defense, Prochux.com, and Black and Blue Productions are all under the same roof at: 7801 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32211.

All of the business are housed at the same address, it's not like they don't see, or communicate with one another. Wally Falkner is the "Owner" Black and Blue Productions, who make videos based on martial arts instruction or events. Wally Falkner claims that Black and Blue Productions has nothing to do with Prochux, even though he and Lee Barden are business partners in Black and Blue Productions, and Wally Falkner is the General Manager of Karate Arts Academy of Self Defense, a martial arts school instrcuted by Lee Barden, and Connie Barden.

It has been over three years, and no excuse is good enough at this point. I have several communique's acknowledging their awareness of the order's existence, and their fault in not fulfilling the order. I have every e-mail sent and received regarding this transaction, and any other pertinent information needed to enforce this business agreement.
