Prodeco Technologies prodecotech did not return a good bike battery Oakland Park fl. Florida

my e-bike battery went bad, it was still under warranty. Prodeco Tech told me they would replace if I sent it back, so I did. Not hearing from them I called they told me it would be a few more weeks, another month went by I called again they gave me a different reason and said it would be a few more weeks. again same thing different reason. Now it has been four months, unable to use my bike last part of summer or any good weather. I would had not bought their bike if I thought their service was this bad. Please Help.
