On April 6, 2021, I paid a deposit for book promotions services from this company but after my due diligence and an aggressive salesman named Harry, I decided to terminate. I was assured that I would receive my deposit back. That never happened. I reached out and even told them that I was reporting them to Ripoff Report and then they wanted to call me. I refused to speak with them verbally as I want EVERYTHING in writing, so I emailed them to find out why they called me.

Amanda would only say that her manager wants to speak with me. I am moving forward with this process because there is really nothing to discuss. I have it in writing that a refund would be issued and will move forward with an Attorney General complaint as well. How many other $280 deposits have they kept from people who withdrew from them?
