CAUTION, Do not do business with Professional Consolidation. Leonardo Ferero (Leo) came to our office to request underground locating services to install Verizon fiber optics. Our company performed the work and we never got paid for this.
His partner, Henry Rozo, according to Leonardo Ferero mismanaged the money and they do not have any funds left to pay. Currently they owe us in excess of $12,000.
PLEASE let this be a warning to others in the underground utility locating business. If you do any work for them it needs to be C.O.D. Be careful of Professional Consolidation.
