Professional Retail Outlet services (PROS) requests that its vendors go out to perform the jobs on time then promise to pay within 30 days even sending a contract stating such. When it comes time to pay the money takes up to three months and before you get it the accounting department calls trying to give you reasons why the agreed upon price should now be lower, the place is a joke. After they call to get you to go out and give a free estimate they then call someone else giving your estimate requesting they go lower if they want the work, excuse me but isn't that a bit unethical?
Will never work for them again if I collect the 23,000 they owe me.

In response to the above comment: PROS does not owe ANY contractor $23,000 - furthermore our payment agreement states the billing terms are 30-45 days from submittal of the invoice/manager's sign off - the work order is then confirmed with the manager and is billed accordingly. Many contractors attempt to increase their time on site when we have an automated check in system that shows their actual time - they also often bill for our NTE (not to exceed) when they were only on site for 10 min!!. If any problems arrise from review of their invoice it obviously delays payment. I would urge any concerned parties to request referrals if they are weary about working for us; we have long standing relationships with contractors who have done over a million dollars in work for us. PROS is only as good as the contractors that work for us and I can assure you everything is done to keep our relationships strong.
