Profit Lance claims they will answer email questions from members about their course within 24 hours of receiving the question. I have emailed them with questions four times in the past 3 weeks, but they have not responded. They do, however, answer email questions if someone is interested in buying their course, but not if you have already bought it and are already a member.
Profit Lance also claims that members have a risk-free evaluation, and a refund will be issued up to 8 weeks after purchasing, with no questions asked. I have asked for a refund 5 times, but do not get a response.

Company Communication Difficult, but Refund - No Problem
AUTHOR: Dlcass - (U.S.A.)

I joined Profit Lance last summer. I was desperate to find something to bring in additional income. So much of what's advertised on the internet smells like a scam, that I was skeptical. After reading several websites about Profit Lance, I decided to try it. I figured, what could I loose, if they offer a full refund.
I too, was completely overwhelmed by everything on the site. There is so much information it is hard to know where to start. The information that is there, though, is excellent. There are video tutorials, project guides, tons of resources. I found Mr. Andrew's to be a very good teacher. I just wish that the site was organized into more of a step-by-step manner. I wrote emails, and never got responses either. I found that very frustrating. I felt then, and still feel, that If I had gotten just a little bit of guidance from the company, I could have made it work. That is my biggest critizism of Profit Lance. They really need to work on customer service.
Since I wasn't understanding things too well, no fault of theirs really, and was feeling bewildered, I did finally decide to quit. I requested a refund before the end of the trial period. I had no problem, whatsoever in getting my refund back and in a timely manner.
I think that if you already have some knowledge of the internet, and owning a website or blog, Profit Lance could really help you. It takes a lot of determination and hard work though.

Experience With This Product

I have an experience to share. Finding the site after reading useful and positive reviews in many different forums, I sent an email to the website via the online form. I got a response within two hours giving me information on details about the course. Three days later in July last year, I joined.
Before this, I had bought lots of other, what appeared to be similar products, similarly priced but which turned out to be nothing more than an ebook with overly inflated font-sizes to make them have more pages. These I would call rip offs and scams.
When I logged into the course after paying for the membership, I was surprised to see a well-designed members area with a substantial amount of neatly organized information.
That actually is my biggest criticism. It left me confused as to where to start, and I know other people who have said the same thing. There is way too much in there,so it makes a little user unfriendly especially for anyone new to learning how to set up and market an online business. I sent off a series of emails asking for advice where to start and what to focus on. In most cases I got a reply within 12-24 hours, and on the odd occasion a couple of days.
Another criticism is that the sales page for the product is like many other products that would turn people off, but it does not do the actual product any justice. I almost never bought the product just because of the sales page.
I worked on it for a few months until November, when unfortunately I came down with an illness. So I had to quit a lot of things, including my commitment to this course. I asked for a refund, explaining my circumstances, making sure I included my original purchase information and it was authorised for me the next day. On the FAQ it does mention that you must provide the purchase receipt, I always save and keep my email receipt purchases, so I managed to dig it out. If you provide full information on your original purchase, I am assuming it would make it easier for them to make refunds.
All in all, I certainly learned a lot and it was good value for what I paid, but I was left a little confused due to the huge amounts of information. I had to persevere to get through it. My emails were answered in a reasonably good time over the period of a few months, with maybe two or three exceptions, and I got my refund.
You can also get a refund directly from the payment processor which is Clickbank and you don't even need to go to the company. This is explained on the Profit Lance FAQ pages which you access after sending a presales inquiry through the web form, I guess a lot of people don't actually read what they should and also don't keep a record of their purchases. Just keep hold of your original receipt email so you have this information available for future reference.

Regarding Profit Lance - NOT USA and NOT Canada

With regard to Callao's complaint I would like to point out that before the Americas were discovered there was a little Island called the United Kingdom.
The real address is:
Profit Lance
Netmedia Marketing
Stockton Business Centre
70-74 Brunswick Street
Stockton-on-Tees
Cleveland
TS18 1DW
The Phone number for the Business Centre is +44 (0)1642 527933 and you can ask them directly for the contact number of "Netmedia Marketing", if you have a valid complaint that "Netmedia Marketing" will not address, then it might be worthwhile to make a complaint direct to the Business Centre as they are part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund and as such all companies running from the Centre should have been Council vetted for legitimacy.
Interestingly since I made my enquires with the Business Centre and had my e-mail to them forwarded on to "Netmedia Marketing" - the address on the ProfitLance.com website has dissapeared!
One further point, Callao the original complainent, would have visited the "ProfitLance website" but the actual purchasing of the 'product' would have been through ClickBank.com, Callao would have received an email showing the transaction and also detailing a complaints procedure. If he had followed that route he would have discovered how to claim his money back directly from ClickBank.com.
Hope this may be of some use...
