I had some recent dealings with Jason Painter from Program Realty and seldom in my 50 years have I ever met a ruder and more obnoxious person.  I was originally wanting to purchase an upscale vacation home from him.  Now, you could not pay me enough to even talk to this person again.  He  avoided answering my questions in any straight forward fashion, and he reminded me of a slimy door to door salesmen.  When I questioned him further, he told me not to contact him again, as he did not  need my business.  It appears to me that he does not want to deal with anyone who may have intelligent questions to ask?  BEWARE and AVOID!

I contacted Jason Painter prior to going to Southwest Florida. we had several emails back and forth. he was very helpful. based on my criteria, He narrowed the down houses I wanted to look at and made it very convenient we looked at several houses, finally found 1 we put an offer on with his guidance.

I have recommended Jason Painter to several of my friends were looking in this area. is very cordial in very knowledgeable of the area.

I could not imagine someone not getting along with Jason. of course there are always people who cannot get along with anyone.

He did not take the rejection well at all.

Hello Tom Fulcher and fellow RipOffReport.com users,

Thanks for the free press.  People say any press is good press and I say that is especially true when you are in the right like I am.  You see folks; Tom Fulcher has handled the truth a bit recklessly here to say the least.  Some might say it is pure slander since there are very few elements of truth to his story.   Honestly I am not sure what his vendetta is against me or Realtors in general but I have to admit I do find it amusing.  Im sure I should be mad or upset but its really so ridiculous that I have to just laugh.

First off, since we have never done any business, Im not sure how he can say he was ripped off.  Logic would dictate that some money must have changed hands to be included in a site like RipOffReport.  I guess that debate is for another day, so anyway:

Some facts for those interested:

1. I have never had any dealings with Tom Fulcherever.

2. I have never spoken to Tom Fulcherever.

3. I have never met Tom Fulcherever.

4. I have never done business with Tom Fulcher in any capacityever.

Now what has happened is that Tom contacted me via email from my internet website.  Tom asked me via email to answer some specific real estate questions and to help him search for vacation homes in Southwest Florida with of course no offer of compensation.  You see we as Realtors do our jobs for free at first and only get paid for our work if our client closes a sale.  Because of this reason we have to be careful who we choose to work with.  Mr. Fulcher informs me that he has four different Realtors working for him to essentially help him find the same home.  The problem is that as Realtors we all sell the same homes in the MLS system.  Its akin to walking into a Best Buy and asking four sales people to help you buy the same television.  Only one of them can make the commission.  Im sure Best Buy has some rules regarding who gets the commission the same as the Board of Realtors.  I explain to Mr. Fulcher that in the real estate business, its against our code of ethics to pursue a client that is already being represented by another real estate agent.   Mr. Fulcher evidently did not like to hear this news in the least.  He goes on to have what I can only explain as a complete meltdown at this point.  He did not take the rejection well at all.

I have a series of emails where Tom insulted and berated me, telling me I would be better suited pumping gas or working at Lowes selling appliances.  Evidently he has no respect for those occupations.  He goes on to state Realtors are quote slimy, arrogant, & self-righteous.  He also seems to have hatred toward the United States of America as he says we as America should be thankful that he and his Canadian friends are bailing us out our real estate mess.  I find that to be an interesting take on the situation.

So here I am today on this website that I have never heard of defending my honor for dealings that never took place.  Interestingly enough the only way I hear about this article was because some online reputation management service called me trying to have me pay money to have Toms post be removed.  I didnt bite on that.  Maybe Tom works for those people? Im not sure as again this is some random person contacting me off the internet.  Im at a loss with this individual, I am just thankful I did not take him on as a client like he asked.

I do invite anyone looking for real estate in Southwest Florida to come check out my website at PROGRAMRealty.com.  (PS. Only if you are not working with any other agents and you are clinically sane!  Just two rules see I am not that bad!  LOL!)
