Call their 800 #: 800-220-5000. If  you want to talk to a human being, hit the "order a subscription) prompt by pressing "1" (not the canellation prompt, which dumps you into a voice mail).  They answer that line. Tell that real person you want to cancel. Look around the internet. They have a long history or this type of operation.Like you and many other individuals i was offered a "FREE" subscription (no monetary billing costs ever presented or mentioned. Of course, upon receiving this weakly written periodical (much of it rewritten from other true financial reports), they started dunning us for payment.  Good luck and run up their phone bill on their 800 line rather than yours.

Hi Debbie,

The only way for an order to enter our system is for that person to have spoken with one of our telesales representatives and agreed to a trial subscription. You're welcome to reach out to me personally.  My email and phone confirmation are below.  Let me know if I can help.

All the best,
