My car has been in the shop for 3 days now waiting for an adjuster to come look at it. Progressive's pathetic service is nothing like what the extravagant, fraudulent commercials they keep hammering at us declare. The accident was not my fault but so far I will have to pay around $100.00 out of pocket expenses because Regressive Insurance does not pay claims. They need to stop making stupid commercials that outright lie.

If you have Progressive Insurance or are involved in an accident with someone that does call the police immediately, get a copy of the police report, get a lawyer because you will need one, and get 3 estimates for your judgment against Progressive.
