Progressive Refrigeration & Appliance Company Sold us broken machine-denied refund Tucson Arizona

Progressive Refrigeration & Appliance Company sold us a broken washing machine. The owner who attempted to pass himeslef as a technician  took 3+ hours to fix the machine. Once finished he ran a cycle and it still was not working properly. he attempted to explain that this model( Whirlpool Calypso) is very sensitive to fabric weights and we need to take additional care in how much we placed in the washer..give me a break.. the washer was less thatn half full when he came to service it.

Since he began to inform us that this was a very sensitve model we decided to request a refund. On the receipt is says we are entitled to a refund with a restocking fee. Allen the so called tech suddenly decided that he had to go to the office to discuss what could be done. I asked him to take the machine and he continued to try and convinc me to keep it. He began to walk away and said he would come back, again i said he needed to take the machine. Long story short he took off and neveer came back. I called him and he said I was unreasonable and he had the right to deny my refund ($426.50).

I requested to speak to the owner and he  said they dont give that information out, upon mention of taking legal action he mentioned he was the co-owner. The machine is sitting there and I highly doubt the FAKE warrantly will be effective since they dont uphold the terms on their invoice. TUCSONIANS STAY AWAY!!!! "F" RATING ON THE BBB.
