Projector Lamp Express Blink Buys, Inc. No shipment, cancelled order, but no credit issued Internet

I ordered a projector lamp & recieved the order confirmation and my credit card was charged.  However after several weeks passed without a shipment confirmation, I contacted the company via email (couldn't reach them via phone).  I was able to cancel my order & received email confirmation of the cancellation, but my credit card was never credited.

Tried to contact the company but their number is temporarily unavailable & there is no response to my emails.  Finally contacted my credit card company to start the dispute process.  This company should be put out of business!
