Promomodels Abusing and taking advantage of working class people!! San Diego California

I live in the Fort Myers , Florida area. Due to economic conditions in the Country, I do promotions for a living. Back in July, I saw and ad at Craig's list for a promotion in the area and I decided to apply. Kelly, from Promomodels contacted me, and i was hire to do the job. Me and another girl run the promotion as stated on the contract. I used my car and drove for miles to deliver muffins and cookies for a well known restaurant. People from the company call and check in to make sure we show up on time, and they call me in the afternoon to see how everything went. Since I do this for living, and never have problems with any company, I taught everything was alright. The contract said that I have to wait 90 days to be paid (It seems kind of wierd to me, since all the companies take 60 days maximum to paid). Well, silly me....I sign the contract, and did another promotion for them in August. It has been more than 90 days since I ran the first promotion. I start to do research, and Surprise!!! I find out that this people not only rip us off, but they have done the same to a lot of people around the Country. I sent several emails to this crooks,and just have an email back from Kelly, saying that someone will call me or contact me in 24 to 48 hours. Well, Iim still waiting,still no answer or money yet. They owe me $380.00, that maybe is not a lot of money for some people....but is MY MONEY!!! I earned it. I want something to be done to stop this people. Please do not hire them for any events...or even worst, DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!!!! I'm making a plea to people outhere let's do something about it. It si not fair that we are trying to make a decent living to support our families, and people like this come and take advantage of us. Lauren, Kelly and whomever is behind this rotten company, I will do anything in my power to bring you and your company to justice by the power of the US Judicial System. If there is a lawyer out there that want to make us justice, please reply, so we can take action. We can not let this happen again. This Country is going down the hills because of greed. We can not let people like this win. We, the working class, have to do something about it. Sitting and letting people like this take advantage of us is not the answer.
