PRONOUNCED The Mee Group Fraudulent PR Firm New York, New York

I found Pronounced and The Mee Group online. I had several meetings with them on the phone.  I finally got a contract with them. I kept asking for details of what they were doing on a monthly basis. What are you charging me a $1000 a month for? I couldn't get any answers. I asked for monthly reports and was given 1 in the 6 months I was with them. I asked for analytics for my website and it took over a month to get the numbers. There was always an excuse. I asked to be CC'd on emails since they were going out on my behalf and nothing. I even gave them a list of 400 publicists and managers to go after all I was told is they said no. 

I was told they were working on a deal with Apple Bottom Jeans. I was never on any phone calls or saw any documentation. I was told the ad for my website was for $500 but never saw any paperwork. For all I know it could have been for a lot more. I asked for the information never got it. When I asked I just got the whirlwind and excuses. 

I emailed Pronounced and The Mee Group and asked them numerous questions including information about the advertisement and why I am not being told things. I was told that I would be going to the TV upfronts. For months I was asking about it to my PR person Ryan Prescott. I was told yes I need to ask Chauncy Jackson about it. Then when I asked in the email I was told by Chauncy I didn't update the site enough and I was turned down. How is it he went to the up-fronts but me as the client didn't go? I was never told this for months of asking. I made changes to my website that I needed to make due to the fact they were going to do it and never did. I was told I needed to ask them permission before I make any changes. I OWN my website the domain and the hosting. After not getting any answers I fired them on August 1st. 

Ryan Prescott went on his Twitter acount @Mr_Prezident and wrote about me in demeaning ways. "People think they will be stars after putting in a year of effort. It takes time. It takes hard work and be humble". "When you drop dead weight, you will soar. Today feels better thanI even imagined it would." "Alert: Just cause you think you're good doesn't make it so." I started keeping track of what he was saying. This is on his professional account. I also found out that in the time frame I was their client they started a Celebrity Gossip website that is in direct competition with my website with Entertainment news. This in itself is a breach of contract. They have been stealing my content for months. I have taken side by side pictures and so many posts were almost exactly the same.

Today, I find out that after firing them on August 1st they have gone in to my account and charged my card for $700 that they had no authorization to do. I was sent NO BILL. I have fired them and stopped our business relationship. I am filing a claim with my bank and will be contacting legal authorities if I don't get my money back.
