Pronto Pawn This Company Sold Me A CB Radio that did not work! San Antonio Texas

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I bought a cb radio from this company about 2 weeks ago, and after installing it in my car, i come to realize that it only receives, and does not transmit! I went back to the store and talked to the manager, she told me that they do not give refunds, and no exchanges, per the owner!!! I have also filed a complaint with the BBB, and i am still waiting to hear from them!
